Using the tool

The tool is free and provided “as is”, without warranties. Features may change or be unavailable at times. Please check every invitation carefully (names, dates, times and venues) before you share or print it. You are responsible for the content you create.

Your content

You keep ownership of the text you enter, and it stays on your device (see the privacy policy). You confirm that you are allowed to use what you enter. Don’t use the tool to create unlawful, hateful, misleading or infringing content, or to impersonate another person or organisation.

Templates and artwork

The templates and artwork on this site are original to ILoveInvitation. You may use invitations you create for your own personal event. You may not resell the templates themselves or present them as your own design product.

Third-party software and fonts

The site is built with open-source fonts and software, each used under its own licence. Those licences are listed on the credits and licences page; nothing in these terms changes them.

Other brands

Names such as WhatsApp and Instagram are used only to describe where you might share a file. They belong to their owners, and this site is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. How a file looks or plays once you send it is decided by the app you send it with.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the tool, including errors in an invitation, files that look different in another app, or lost drafts stored in your browser.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site grows. The date above shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
